House Rules (All Terms Enforced) No Smoking/Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors, outdoors, or anywhere on the property includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes. $500 fine for violations. No Parties or Events: Unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. $1,000 fine and immediate termination of lease for violations. Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and shared property boundaries. No Unregistered Guests: Only the two approved guests may stay. No outside visitors allowed without written consent. No Access to Main House: Guest suite is fully private; entrance to the main home is not permitted.
