Once inside, you will see a staircase on the right and a dining room on the left. Off the dining room, there is a door leading to the kitchen and laundry area. On the left of the dining room is a hallway leading to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Walk straight from the main entrance to the living room with a decorative fireplace and sofa bed. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and another bathroom. Outside, a charcoal grill, covered patio with outdoor furniture, and a large fenced backyard. The home features a cozy living room, spacious bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Pets are welcome with a fee. A Pack-N-Play and vacuum are available upon request. Located in a quiet residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates, this home is conveniently located in midtown, minutes away from dining, shopping, and just 10 minutes from downtown. It is also within walking distance to Vaughn Road Elementary School. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Guests must abide by all rules posted on premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with homeowner relating to the use of these amenities whether due to loss, damage, injury or death. A full copy of the liability waiver will be provided upon request and is also available on our website.
