Basement has a finished den/bedroom area plus unfinished space. The home has some furniture (couch, dining table, bed, TV, etc.) First Month, Last Month and Security Deposit is REQUIRED prior to move in. You must show proof of $6,000 or more in the bank prior to seeing the property. We are seeking a good long term tenant. A small dog or cat is fine, but multiple animals or large dogs are not allowed, sorry! Please bring the dog to the showing so we can meet. You must put the utilities in your own name. Renter MUST pay first month and last month plus a security deposit before moving in. Utilities must be put in renter's name. You will need about $5,000 in the bank to move into this house.
