Property
The house in the property was in really good shape. The landlord was very polite courteous he is definitely the best person I've talked to so far. It's a basement apartment if it wasn't for being in the basement I would have give it 5 stars.
Management
The property manager was fantastic probably the best one I've talked to yet answered all my questions there was a couple that I had forgot to mention to him and called back the next day talk to him about the ones I forgot he's very polite courteous about that and said he would let me know as soon as possible but he had other applicants and he had to be fair and honest with them what you can't ask for more than that. Although I do hope I get it it fits my needs really well.

The feedback I got from the landlord was way above anything I've gotten from any other unit. I walked away with the feeling this I can trust the property I can trust the landlord and I can trust your family and I hope they feel the same about me.
