This home features three living areas (one featuring a foosball table!), a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, and more, a fully equipped kitchen with ample amenities, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a private pool with optional heating, and free washer and dryer. It is located in Beautiful Solterra Resort with exclusive access to a community water park, clubhouse, and resort amenities. Relax in any of the three family rooms, each outfitted with comfortable seating and flat-screen TVs. The large, fully stocked kitchen has everything you need. If you would like to add pool heating to your stay, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate set-up. The cost is $35 per day, invoiced separately and we request at least one week's notice. Situated in Davenport, this vacation home puts you close to Orlando's most popular theme parks. You'll be just 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. If shopping is on your list, Disney Springs and Old Town are must-visits. For unforgettable experiences, explore Walt Disney World Resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. The area also offers a variety of activities beyond the parks, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours. You'll be 5 minutes from a supermarket and just 7 minutes from Posner Park with an IMAX theater and a variety of shops and restaurants. Kissimmee Station is only a 22 min drive and Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) is within a 27 min drive! Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) and a pet fee is applied. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed four per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind and no firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Check-out is 10:00 AM and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
