Guests must adhere to strict house rules to avoid fines and preserve property rights. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. No more than three additional guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 9 PM, and only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking of any kind on the property. Excess trash and unwashed dishes will incur fines, and furniture must be moved back before departure. Pets are not allowed without written authorization.
