There are multiple shopping plazas nearby and local beaches are only a short drive away. br/ br/ Parke Place is set apart from other apartment communities in the area. Our townhomes have private entrances and fenced in backyard patios with potting sheds. We offer the most spacious floor plans in the area at a great value. Come home to comfort and convenience with a washer and drier in every townhome, central area, a fully applianced eat in kitchen with dishwasher, and a seasonal pool with salt water filter.
