Welcome to 4417 McClintock St! Unit 2 is a downstairs corner unit that was recently remodeled about a year ago, with new finishes throughout the unit and complex. The building is a total of nine units and fully secure with security locks on the back and front. Inside the unit you will find hardwood floors throughout, new custom cabinets with a large peninsula and stainless steel appliances. The unit has in-unit washer and dryer and a mini split unit system for AC and Heat! There is a BBQ and patio area for tenants to use communally. We require a one-year minimum lease. Landlord is responsible for landscaping, pest control, and trash. Tenants are responsible for electricity and cable/wifi. We charge a $55 a month water fee per tenant. Pets are allowed with a $300 pet deposit and $50 a month pet fee. There is no parking available - it is just street parking at the time.
