Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, but all doors and windows must remain closed to prevent smoke from entering the unit.

Pets:
Well-trained pets are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies.
Cleaning Fee:
A cleaning fee of $175 will be charged.
Dehumidifier:
The tenant is required to run the dehumidifier regularly.
Utilities:
The landlord covers water, trash, WiFi, and electricity. However, if the monthly electric bill exceeds $400, the tenant is responsible for the amount over $400.
