Enjoy easy access to downtown Winter Park and the ski area by a bus stop right outside the parking area. A 10x8 storage garage is included. Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Unit is heated by radiant floor heat. All utilities with cable TV included as well as internet. One year lease. First month rent and a $3000 security deposit required at signing. Owners pay all utilities. No smoking. Parking available for 2 vehicles but no assigned spaces in lot. Tenant will be responsible for any minor maintenance issues such as, but not limited to, clogged sinks or toilets, lightbulb replacement, and various battery replacement. Owner may accept financial responsibility for larger repairs. Tenant may be required to coordinate or be present for service of these repairs. Tenant responsible for bedding, bathroom needs and cleaning supplies, however vacuum and mop available if needed.
