This is a 1 bedroom 1 full bathroom unfurnished unit. Includes access to the pool, in unit washer/dryer, internet service, water and sewer. Tenant responsible for electricity with Sante Cooper. HOA rules- motorcycles, RV's, campers, commercial vehicles, boats, jet skis, golf carts, or trailers are NOT allowed on the property. No Pets. No Smoking. No Section 8. Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeit of deposit.
