The renter is allowed to add flowers as desired, but they must maintain any bushes. Pets are not allowed, except for fish and geckos. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Growing cannabis on the property is not allowed. Excessive work on vehicles in the driveway or on the property is not permitted. Simple maintenance is acceptable, and the renter must clean up any oil messes. We want to provide an exceptional residence, and we're committed to maintaining it. We're not slumlords. This is a relatively small unit, so we prefer to rent to one or two people. Two friends or a couple is best for this size unit. It could also be a husband and wife with a very young baby or child. Your monthly rent-to-income ratio must be at least 3/1. This means that since the monthly rent is $1600, your combined gross income must be at least $4800 per month. We don't want any renters struggling financially to live here and pay all utilities. Your employment and monthly income must be verified.
