Management
Chateau is a mess; it shouldn't be on the market. Peeling paint, front lawn out of control; empty whisky bottles in the front yard. Really? W. Point Loma is okay, but the managed doesn't get back to prospective tenants. I first wrote him the day the property went online. sixteen days later, I've had one bulk email, and no returned calls.
