The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Each bedroom is adorned with cozy bedding and abundant natural light, while the bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. For added convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer. The fully fenced backyard offers plenty of room to unwind or entertain, with free street parking available right outside. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet, with a maximum of four pets allowed. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and an associated fee. Located in the vibrant South Austin neighborhood, this home is within two miles of coffee shops, beer gardens, breweries, and a winery. The popular South Congress, South Lamar, and South First Street areas are just a short ride away, and downtown Austin is only 15 minutes from your doorstep. Enjoy easy access to local attractions like Zilker Park, Eastside's 6th Street, and The Domain, all within a short drive. Smoking is not allowed, with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may increase if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. Exterior cameras are present at the property, and tampering with them is prohibited. The City of Austin waste collection is on Tuesday, and guests are asked not to place trash bags into compost or recycling. A Green Egg Grill is available for use in the backyard, and guests are requested to bring their own charcoal supplies and extinguish any flames after use. If furniture is moved, please return it to its original space. Additional charges may apply if personal items are left behind. A $50 replacement fee per key applies if keys are not returned to the lockbox. HVAC rules specify not setting window units above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) and adjusting settings by no more than 2 degrees per hour while keeping doors and windows closed. A laptop computer is not included.
