This fully furnished, carpeted studio, perched above the garage, offers a cozy retreat with a separate entrance and exclusive access to a convenient storage shed (with a BBQ). Featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, an island for eating and work, this studio provides both comfort and functionality. The kitchen, complete with a gas stove and under-counter refrigerator, is fully functional while the bathroom boasts natural light. There is a built in storage unit and pantry for storage. The unit has a mini-split unit for heating and air conditioning to ensure comfort in any season, and sky lights for lovely natural light throughout. For ambiance (and additional heating) there is an electric 'fire place' and for internet you'll share our fast wifi. Step out onto the small patio reserved for the Studio to savor the crisp mountain air. Situated in a tranquil residential neighborhood, this space is ideal for someone seeking a residence while working within the Tahoe area. Not just for the ski season, we're seeking a tenant looking for a more extended stay. While you make this charming studio your home, we'll intermittently enjoy the main house as our personal retreat, visiting at least monthly. Experience the serenity of ski country living while having the convenience of nearby amenities of King's Beach or Tahoe City markets and restaurants at your fingertips. No smoking. Pets: The yard is not fenced; but we have dogs and will be seeking to use our yard. More dog energy could be complicated, we'll have to have them meet. There is a dedicated renter parking space off the road; and we have plowing services. We also have a gardening and landscape service who helps maintain the yard. Utilities (gas, water, electric, plowing and trash) are $250/mo. We are looking for year long lease, and hope for a long-term, stable, local renter. We are not looking to provide a season lease. Because we will not be on the property full-time, we are looking for a renter who can help keep things clean and safe, keep an eye on the property, and keep us informed as soon as anything pops up.
