The outdoor space features an outdoor table with umbrella, outdoor chairs, a grill, an outdoor shower, and an area in the shade with a TV, a full-sized refrigerator, and bar stools. The main home features a cozy living room with a spacious L-shaped couch, a desk area, a large TV, and an electric fireplace. The full kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, a regular drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. A washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are available in the main home. Enjoy a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, please inquire for pricing unique to your trip dates. Up to 2 pets are allowed with a required $200 pet fee. You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance. The home behind Lighthouse Legends is currently under construction, and guests may experience some noise during city-permitted construction hours. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to a pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. No streetside or overnight public parking is available. The golf cart is only available for licensed and insured drivers age 25+ with a completed waiver prior to arrival. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am.
