A coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Parking is free for up to four vehicles, with space for two vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway. An EV charger is available in the 2-car garage, which could also be used as a workshop. Located right off S Orange Ave and near the lake, you'll be just minutes from top shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Plus, with easy access to the I-4 freeway, commuting is a breeze. The best way to get around would be by car. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A pet fee of $300 applies for one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified), and is subject to up to $150 security deposit. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 8. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Please do not tamper with the EV charger, as damages will result in fines up to $300. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10 AM, and staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. Please note that the home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Includes a chair and desk in the office.
