Very tastefully deco with a beach theme, great Ocean views, I really try my best to make you feel very comfortable and right at home , this location is quite but close to everything . Great family memories will be made here ! The sounds of the waves breaking on the shore is very soothing !There are also public restrooms right off the beach so you do not have to run up to condo every time .Towels and bed linens are provided fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room is down the hall on the same floor - the washing machine and dryer each cost $3.50 and require quarters. No pets, no fireworks, and no parties. Parking for condo owners/guests is located in the large lot across the street: there are no assigned spaces. This lot also has large dumpsters where trash is taken out and collected. Other things to note I supply all bed linens and towels, we have one queen and one bunk bed with double on bottom and a queen futon. Please take all trash to dumpsters across the St. in parking lot, do not leave trash in condo. No beach towels. I have phone charger outlets and high-risers on beds for under bed storage. Do not leave items in hallway, fire code prohibits and may impose a fine. No smoking property, a $350.00 fine will be imposed !
