Becky was pleasant, 40 - 90, or more prospects are expected to be reviewed, said the apartment was a very hot-temperatured rental. She no longer lives there she lives in a back apartment. No parking allowed, but they seem to have parking spots? street parking is extremely difficult and not much room for two way traffic, she said, they will have a cleaning person come in before renting, the apartment could be better, especially for viewing, chipped paint outside windows, dirty windows, etc. positives: Becky is nice, the size of apt. is acceptable the bathroom looks very good even though very small. Carpet seems like very-good quality and will be cleaned+, and kitchen is small and less to mop+ walls looked good, neighbor and visitors were very nice. Small and cute complex. thank you for asking about 4545 55th St. I liked it. but want a parking spot please. 67 young,
