This wasn't ready to show, dirty,no electricity,damaged. Agent syas owner not willing to fix, asbestos removal currently being done on property,not safe.

This is the worst pmc I ever experienced, 5 others at the showing, contracted agent hired by someone in the Philippines. Was 15 minutes late, didn't even have a business card.
