Parking is only allowed in the house's designated spaces. Parking on the street is strictly prohibited, and your vehicle may be towed if found in violation. The resort features a grand clubhouse with a welcoming lobby, resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, and plenty of poolside loungers for soaking up the Florida sun. Stay active with the fitness center, basketball and volleyball courts, and scenic walking trails around the resort's picturesque lakes. Children will love the playground, and families can gather in shaded picnic areas or enjoy the cyber cafe and game room in the clubhouse. Conveniently located close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, Bella Vida is just a short drive to The Loop, Old Town Kissimmee, and all the excitement of the Orlando theme parks. Guest will receive a door lock code which will be active 20 minutes prior to check-in time. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and no smoking or illegal substances are permitted on the premises. Pets are not allowed without previous approval. Upon approval, there is a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. Please remove shoes in carpet areas and close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house as it can rain heavily in Florida's rainy season. Please store food in the fridge or sealed containers to avoid attracting pests into the house. Ensure the A/C temperature remains set at or above 72F to prevent system issues. All trash should be securely bagged and placed in the outdoor bin.
