The apartment is in great shape; clean, tidy, freshly painted, shiny floors, awesome move-in condition. The kitchen is spacious, there's a large closet in the foyer, the living room is a great size with tons of space for large furniture, there's another closet outside of the bedroom and the bedroom holds a queen bed with furniture and accents. Amazing feel to the place! The trash room and laundry room are outside of the building down a corridor, and you pay for the laundry. There's also no immediate parking which is very disappointing but the unit is a steal! Must go tour if you have the chance and it's still available.
