With an open concept floor plan, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony or taking in the sunset from the backyard patio, you'll be treated to stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. The property offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $125 pet fee. No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pets unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home. Ocean Beach is a charming neighborhood with plenty of walkable shops and eateries. Don't forget to check out the ice cream shop on your way to the pier! There are plenty of beautiful homes to fawn over in your neighborhood. Getting around is a breeze either by foot, bike, or car. Parking is limited in "downtown" O.B. so just plan to park and walk if you have a specific destination. A car is the best way to get around San Diego, and Uber and Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car. Guests have access to the entire house. Although self-check-in is provided for a completely contactless experience, assistance is available for any questions prior to and during your stay. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Guests are not allowed to use outdoor areas after 9 PM. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property. The fine is $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. You will be fined for excessive trash or dishes. Empty the grease pan under BBQ after use; it is a fire hazard not to do so. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home.
