Bent Tree Golf Course is open to the public and your view would be, per their web site, on one of their two signature holes. The property is kept private from golfers by the beautiful water feature behind where birds, fish and turtles are in abundance. The community has beautiful pools, a park with gazebo and pond that can be fished with a permit. The grounds are graced with mature trees and native plant making walks or golf cart rides through the community a relaxing outing. Publix, I75 access, restaurants and most other conveniences are just a short drive around the corner. Application process: There is an HOA and HOA application that must be completed and paid for by applicant. Applicants will also be approved for residence by the board as well. Rules and regulations will be provided. Please note there are no pick up trucks, motorcycles and dogs are limited in size per the HOA.
