Property is monitored by exterior video cameras. The apartment is attached to our main house, but separate parking, access, and deck. Freshly painted and full of warm light. There is minimal storage and is not suited for a full move-in of all your belongings. Short-term rentals only. Apartment is available from January 30, 2026 to June 15, 2026. No smoking, drugs, or disturbances. We require a tight lease and monitor the property with external video cameras. This apartment is attached to our single-family house and we have a very high bar for behavior. The apartment is best suited to a single person. There is minimal storage and is not suited for a full move-in of all your belongings.
