Walking straight ahead from the front door through the kitchen, the glass double doors lead you onto the covered back patio with outdoor dining and into the backyard. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for a cost of $75. Situated in the North Andrews Gardens neighborhood of Oakland Park, this home is about three miles west of the beach and four miles north of downtown Fort Lauderdale. This peaceful residential community is filled with gorgeous mid-century ranch homes and is close to all the fun that Fort Lauderdale has to offer. The home provides two parking spaces in the driveway for guest use. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking inside the house is prohibited, and guests found smoking will be charged an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal.
