Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: two bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with a queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and a fold-up twin bed for guests. We're open to short-term rentals, though longer leases are preferred. Cats are welcome with an additional deposit; dogs are not permitted per condo regulations. There is an on-site marina, but all boat slips are currently reserved. Owner pays for utilities: water, sewer, satellite television, and internet. Renter pays for electricity. NO smoking or vaping inside. Renter's insurance is not required, but is not recommended. Owner will not be responsible for property damages due to natural disasters or otherwise. Must adhere to community rules including quiet hours from 10pm-8am. No subletting. Max of 6 residents.
