Parking is simple and stress-free with free driveway space for up to 2-3 vehicles, and reliable Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay. One pet is allowed for an additional $100 fee, and the pet should not be more than 30 lbs. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. The City of Austin waste collection is on Tuesday for this property, so please do not place any trash bags into compost or recycling. If you happen to notice any bugs inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
