     Property

    The property needs a complete overhaul. From the awful landscaping and junky yard to the nightmare inside. The floors need to be redone and there's an awful smell. The agent photoshopped the listing pictures so you have a positive expectation when you get there and then, bamn, it's nothing like the photos. No appliances and the layout is awful. It now makes sense why there have been so many showings but no applications. So poor soul will lease it eventually.
