SHORT TERM/SEASONAL RENTAL (5 months) 3bed/1 bath/ 750 sq. ft cabin in a quiet, family friendly Windjammer Resort on gorgeous Spider Lake. 15 minutes from Traverse City. Beautifully maintained log sided cabin built in 2001 offers a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, pots, pans and dinnerware. Central heating throughout. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has twin bunks and bedroom 3 offers full bed under twin bunk. The cabin is located on 2.6 acres of shared wooded grounds as part of a 9 cabin resort with 160' of lake frontage.
The cabin is available Nov. 15, 2025-April 15, 2026.
Monthly rate: $1200 + utilities. Rent includes WiFi, washer, dryer, trash pick up and snow plowing**
Refundable security deposit: $1000
First months rent and security deposit due prior to move in date.
Cleaning fee: $150
Pet fee (dog only) $50.00 per month
**Note: the driveway has a hill and can be tricky in the winter. All wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended to park near the cabin in the lower parking lot.
