The apartment is located on the bottom floor of the two floors of a three story building. The room is located on the first floor (of the apartment) with a shared full bathroom. Move in costs include first and last months rent.-- no realtor fee, no deposit-- The apartment features a large eat-in kitchen and separate living room, as well as a large communal porch. Included in your rent is heat and water, as well as free washer/dryer in the basement. Electricity and internet are split evenly amongst the four of us. The location is a 10 minute walk to the blue line Maverick stop. Also right around the corner from Downeast Cider, the ICA Watershed and Piers Park.-- The Room-- 10 x 9 with high ceilings and large east facing windows Available 12/1/2025 --Current tenants-- Three roommates aged mid 20's- mid 30's.
