Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Minimum credit score of 650 required. A background check will be conducted on all applicants aged 18 and over. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. Occupancy is limited to two (2) persons per bedroom.
