The condo is less than 1/2 a mile from the ferry terminal and just even closer to stores and restaurants. Minimum 6 month lease; 1st and last month's rent plus security deposit due at move-in; rent includes water, sewer, trash collection; tenant responsible for electric and internet. Upon receipt of occupant names and email addresses, a no-cost application will be sent via email. If approved and returned, an appointment to view the property can be made. If prospective tenant desires to proceed toward a lease, a credit and criminal background check, not to exceed $40, will then be sent via the landlord's document servicing company.
