Noise Disclosure: The owner lives upstairs, you may occasionally hear noise from above. *. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. *. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Parties or any form of noisy gathering is very, very strictly prohibited.
