     Management

    Lauresha, the manager/owner is wonderful! It is obvious she and her husband have poured a lot of effort and care into this property (ask her about the trees onsite and watch her eyes light up!). 
One of the frustrations we have found with other property managers is the hemming and hawing received when asking about utility costs. While we get that everyone's usage is different so there is hesitancy in providing the info, it really is a turnoff.... Anyway, when we asked Lauresha about utility costs, she immediately pulled up some previous bills on her cellphone and openly shared them with us!
