$1400 rent includes water and trash disposal. The tenant pays gas, electricity and cable. There is off street parking available for one vehicle. For cats a non-refundable pet fee of $250 and $25.00 per month additional rent is required.
The building is prewired for internet access. Tenant can subscribe to Spectrum. Greenlight fiber optic service is available to the location. Internet access is not included in the rent.
One year lease required, with option for a second year at the same rent. Tenants pay gas, electricity and cable/internet. This is a smoke free property. Smoking is not permitted in the building or on the premises.
