The outdoor pool loungers and access to the community water park and amenity center enhance your stay. Pool heating is available for $35 per day, with a week's notice required for arrangement. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee and a possible security deposit of up to $150. Free designated parking is available for up to two cars in front of the unit. Nestled near the beloved Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, and Universal Studios, this property is ideally located for exploring the best of Orlando. Storey Lake Resort offers convenient access to fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations, all within a short drive. The community clubhouse features a swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf. Self check-in and check-out are available, and the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. Smoking and drugs are prohibited on the property, and noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests violate any rules.
