If you are looking for a wonderful place to live in the winter --look no further-- we rent our beach condo at a very affordable price in the winter so that we can keep it open for weekly rentals in the summer. It is fully furnished and outfitted with everything that you need to step through the door and live there. We are looking for an 6-9 month rental. Take advantage of all the beach has to offer in the off season-- it is the most beautiful time of the year in Carpinteria. We have just completed a new kitchen with new paint and carpet in the bedrooms and new bathroom.
This spacious beach townhouse has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a large open living and dining area. It has a wonderful little porch upstairs and a private patio downstairs that is completely fenced with a BBQ and seating. It has a one car garage and room for storage. The house is completely furnished and fully equipped with kitchen, bath, and linen supplies. It has 2 flat screen TV's. Our little town has all that you need for relaxation, beach, shopping, and fun activities. We are 2 blocks from the beach and town. May consider a shorter stay at a higher rate.
