The bathroom and kitchen are fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. The outdoor patio space features a picnic table, camping chairs, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill for enjoying the sunshine. Parking is available in the driveway of the home. The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Old Town Orcutt is just down the road, and you are close to the highway on and off-ramps. It is very easy to get around by car, with Ubers and Lyfts available as well. There is a lockbox located near the front door, and the entry code will be given 72 hours prior to arrival.
