Wolverine Lodge is newly updated with a Northern Michigan Theme. Wolverine Lodge is one of 9 at The Totem Lodges in Indian River, Michigan. Wolverine Lodge is a Suite that includes a living/dining room, with gas fireplace, a separate bedroom with a Queen Bed and Twin Bed. Futon that sleeps 2 and bathroom with a large tiled shower. The suite has a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Laundry Facility is on-site and available for guest use at no cost after 4:00 pm This is a Motel and we rent out rooms from October 20, 2025 until April 30, 2026, during our slower time of the year. No smoking or pets in the room, you can smoke 30 feet away from the building. You will need to have your own linens, towels, wash cloths & personal necessities. There is a Microwave and a mini fridge, hot plate and toaster oven in the room. WiFi and Roku TV and all utilities are included. Washer and Dryer available in our laundry room. You will need to sign a month to month lease. We will be cleaning/inspecting your room once a month for a $30.00 fee. Ask for details. First months rent and security deposit must be received before moving in.
