The kitchen is warm, bright, and fully stocked for all your cooking needs, offering stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, and a cozy breakfast bar that seats three. The sunny open-concept dining and living area features a large dining table that seats six and comfortable leather furniture surrounding a stone gas fireplace, with views and access to the back deck for additional outdoor dining. The lower level offers a second living and entertaining area with a TV, another stone fireplace, and a Ping-Pong table, adding to the fun. We offer discounted tickets to the world-famous Cog Railway and 25 pool and gym passes at the fabulous Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa. Parking is limited to four vehicles. A pet fee of $100 per pet per stay applies for pet-friendly units. This home is located in Whitefield, a scenic Northern New England town nestled in the White Mountains, close to all major White Mountains attractions. Bretton Woods, New Hampshire's largest ski resort, is about 20 minutes away, offering a 4-season destination with activities for all ages. The house is centrally located just outside of Whitefield, less than 10 minutes from the historic Mountain View Grand hotel, about 20 minutes from Bretton Woods, 30 minutes from Cannon, and 45 minutes from Wildcat, and 10 minutes from Santa's Village. It's also less than 10 minutes to Lancaster, providing lots of options for grocery shopping nearby. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. No unauthorized guests or pets are allowed, and unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely no parties without express authorization. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels should be kept low during the day. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. We are in Bear Country, so no trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Some homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes. Rates are based on standard occupancy of two guests per bedroom, with additional guests incurring a $25 per person nightly surcharge. Children under the age of two do not count toward occupancy. Includes free high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV. A laptop computer is not included.
