Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. If smoking is detected, a $250 cleaning fee will apply. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Thursday, and recycling pick-up is on Thursday only. Please place your trash and recycling in the provided bins and set them at the curb the night before pick-up. Feel free to rearrange furniture inside the house to suit your needs, but please return it to its original spot before you check out. Violations of these guidelines may result in the termination of your reservation, with all payments forfeited.
