On the entrance level, you'll find Bedroom 3 with a queen bed, though there is no bathroom on this level. The main level boasts a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room with a smart TV, a sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom. The top level houses Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and a full en-suite bathroom, as well as Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The Nations/Sylvan Park neighborhood is located 10 miles southwest of downtown Nashville and is brimming with locally-owned restaurants, bars, and shops. Less than a mile away, you'll find a variety of dining and shopping options, including Fat Bottom Brewing, Double Dogs, Five Points Pizza, and more in Sylvan Heights. Enjoy lush green spaces at Sylvan Park and McCabe Golf Course, just a five-minute drive away. Broadway and Bridgestone Arena are a quick ten-minute drive for live music and nightlife, while Music Row and 12 South offer historic and cultural experiences within a short drive.
