There is a kitchenette ( full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, slide in electric Range and cooktop. pots and pans, coffee maker, office area with desk and chair, bathroom, bedroom and large den with a fireplace. Washer/Dryer in Unit. There is an outside area that tenant can use that is furnished , has string lights and has a grill and propane fire table.Well behaved Dogs allowed. Landlord lives in residence above. The historic neighborhood is tree lined and walkable to Cheeseman Park, Botanical Gardens as well as grocery stores ( Safeway, Whole foods and there are 2 Trader Joe's within 2 miles ), restaurants and Cherry Creek North Shops and Cherry Creek Mall. It is within 2 miles of 6 hospitals if you are in the medical field. Downtown is a 15 minute Uber ride away. Email me for a link to a video walk through of the unit. Furnished basement with Utilities included, gas, electric, garbage, recycle, wifi, snow removal, lawn care. No Smoking or open flames inside or in the yard of the house. You will be responsible for keeping your unit clean. There is a $150 cleaning fee for after move out. There is plenty of on street parking by your entrance. Length of stay negotiable; prefer at least 3 months. This is the basement of my home with a shared entrance. The entire basement floor 1450 sq ft is private and all yours.
