     Property

    The agent had to be called on the date of view. Stated he did not not know we had confirmed date and time of showing. Sent his brother to show property. Property outside had broken glass on steps and trash cans on porch. Asked why trash was on porched he stated no other place for it. The property I was looking at was the 1st floor so everytime I would look out of window I would see trash not to mention the smell during the summer when I would open the windows. Plus rodents and bugs. And it advertised front porch but you can not sit on a porch that has trash on it. Back yard was full of leaves and needed to be cleaned up. I felt property was not looked after correctly and was not pleased with the whole experience. We did not take the properyt.
