Total 3 bathroom with 3 showers. Note RV parking used by owner and is fenced separately. Near Freeway access. Home occupancy max 3-4. Landlord/Owner pays for garbage, sewer. Renter pays for electric\gas, water, cable, landscaping ($100 negotiable if tenant want to assume care). Refrigerator included but tenant is responsible for repair or replacement. Maximum 4 people allowed to occupy home and must disclose on lease contract. No subleasing to others or immediate termination of contract. Security deposit and last months rent due upon move in date. Lease at least 6 months then month to month but can extend to yearly upon reevaluation of quality of tenant and rapport with landlord. Renters Insurance is required. No smoking. No pets. Tenant is responsible for all utilities except sewer/garbage. Backyard landscaping and cost of front yard maintenance ($100 per month, negotiable). Owner occupies fenced in RV access, for personal use, locked at all times. Fireplace is not functional, not to be used.
