The space
As you walk-in to Gothic Manor in Winter Park, you can unload your gear and shopping bags on this entrance mud room area. go upstairs you enter the kitchen and living area with balcony. Fully stocked kitchen and living area has games for the family. Smart tv (Roku) is in the living area. The master bedroom w/King size bed and en-suite is located on the top floor. From the entrance you can go down steps and there is the 2nd bedroom w/a queen size bed. We also have a twin under this bed that pulls out. Washer and dryer are located going down the hallway. Keep going down the hall there is a full bathroom with jetted tub. At the end of the hallway is the last of the 3 bedrooms. This bedroom has a king size bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Note - if you are interested in this property, you will need to fill out the owner's rental agreement. This will include credit score and supporting employment documentation.
These townhomes are 2nd home owners. They are quiet and respectful. Please follow good neighbor guidelines when visiting Winter Park. Thank you!
