Originally built as a yoga retreat center, the great room boasts a wood floor, a stone fireplace, and huge views of alpine glowing mountains through craftsman style picture windows.. Guests will enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. There are two full bathrooms, both with showers. The bathroom attached to the master bedroom includes a two person sunken bath tub with shower. There is a laundry room with a sink, counter, washer and dryer attached to the smallest bedroom. From the great room and master bedroom, guests can access a large covered patio to enjoy outside dining or a fire with incredible panoramic views of the mountains and its wildlife residents. Beyond the porch is a large lawn and pathway to our waterfall studded pond. Excellent wireless Internet service is also available to guests. In addition to rent, tenant will pay for electricity use (about $75/month) and propane use for heating. No pets or smoking in or around this property. Ample parking in front of house.
