In case a check-in between 12:00 am and 8:00 AM needs to be arranged, a $70 fee will apply. Walk to Brickell's restaurants, bars, and Brickell City Centre for shops and supermarkets. This unit is strictly non-smoking. A $500 fee will apply if smoking is detected inside the apartment. Photos or scans of a valid ID (passport or national ID) must be submitted at least 24 hours before arrival for building registration. The replacement fee for a lost elevator key-fob is $100. Guests have two days to retrieve any left-behind items, but items cannot be shipped.
