We have 2 master bedrooms, each with King sized beds and their own private bathrooms with granite counter-tops and custom cabinets. Both master bedrooms have high vaulted ceilings with fans and large 40" flat screen TVs. Our 3rd bedroom has a large queen bed with a 32" flat screen TV with DVD player and we also supply 2 additional raised twin air mattresses for additional guests. The kitchen has been newly renovated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and custom ceiling high cabinets. It is fully stocked with everything you might need including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and all the glassware, flatware, pots/pans and cooking/eating utensils you might possibly need. We have custom, top-of-the-line plantation shutters all all of the windows and on the sliding door. All of our furniture is top-of-the line quality. There is a 40" flat screen Roku smart TV in the living room area giving you access to sign into your Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Hulu or other streaming apps. We have large upgraded tile throughout the downstairs and new plush carpeting throughout the upstairs. We offer WiFi throughout the house and even have a Nest programmable thermostat to help get the temperature exactly the way you like it. The electronic key-code door access makes it easy to come and go to the beach or pool without the hassle of bringing a key. We supply 5 beach chairs and 3 additional camping style chairs. We have several beach/pool toys and board games that we share. All linens are included for all the beds including the 2 twin air mattresses and bath/hand/wash towels are included for each guest.
